Hi everyone, and welcome to Issue#31! Let’s get into what’s inside this issue.
First up, we have an editorial called “Easy Smolder” featuring returning creatives Katherine. As model and Photographer Luca De Nardo, Katherine is in overalls posing casually around an Italian apartment, bathed in beautiful natural light.
Next, we have “Little Red Dress” with BiancaH. This photo was taken at a location I absolutely love: a Playboy Grotto-styled pool. You’ve seen other editorials with BiancaH and this location before, and this is the last one we shot that day.
Then, we have “Forever Blue Jeans” with Akira. This was taken at a very cool studio in downtown Los Angeles. The natural wood flooring and walls, along with the natural light streaming in from a huge floor-to-ceiling window, create a very warm and inviting atmosphere.
Next, we have “Soaked Through” with Indi, our cover model. This location has been featured before with Indi; this was one of the editorials we shot that day. The simple white cotton bodysuit, when wet, as it is here, is somewhat sheer.
Now, let’s explore our articles for this issue—we’ve got another two! “Top 3 Things People Do in Healthy Relationships” focuses on three key things that couples typically do in healthy relationships. Then there’s “Attention is Erotic,” which delves into how attention, the right kind of attention, can be special even erotically charged.
Next, we’re diving into “Need Anything?” with Alice! It feels wonderful to have her back after a while. This editorial features Alice in a kitchen, doing her thing, and then just posing at the end. The natural afternoon light really made everything pop.
Following that, we have Bianca in “Surf Girl Summer.” This is a collection of photos from a previous editorial that didn’t quite make the cut, like outtakes. We’ve taken the background out and replaced it with new ones to create a fresh, new editorial.
Finally, we have “Staying In” featuring Makena. This editorial was taken a long time ago and was part of our very first shoot together. It was shot in a North Hollywood apartment with mostly natural light, but we added a bit of flash lighting to give it a nice touch.
